We are committed to protecting your personal data and we store it in encrypted format. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States. We will store and retain all personal data until we are specifically requested to delete it or up to 5 (five) years since the date the user last logged in or used the website, whichever comes first. Before deleting any data, we will notify you that this is about to happen and you have the option to not ask us to do it.

Backups of your data may be stored in an encrypted format but once requested to be deleted, these will also be deleted in a maximum of 6 months.

In some cases, we may not be able to completely fulfil a request for data deletion (for example – to delete all logs and usage data). However, we will ensure this data is anonymised with no possible connection to the user, without being able to be retrieved.

Our aim is to respond to any request in up to 30 days. This would only be delayed if you have made multiple different requests or if a request is particularly complex in its nature. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not charge you any costs for reasonable requests; however, we may do so or reject your request if your request is clearly unfounded or unlawful.
